Our Team
Michael Chiappa
President and founding member of Rocky Park
Ventures.
His primary responsibilities include strategic
planning, financial underwriting and legal
structuring for the company’s investments.
Brea Chiappa
Vice President of Rocky Park Ventures and fulltime
operations manager.
Her responsibilities include sourcing and
underwriting acquisitions, asset management,
investor and lender reporting, and corporate
financial management. Brea is currently the
property manager for the portfolio and oversees
all construction and maintenance projects.
